Jesus told a parable about a banquet in which none of the people invited came. He said in Luke 14:15-23 “The master of the house told his slave, ‘Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the city, and bring in here the poor, maimed, blind, and lame!’ “‘Master,’ the slave said, ‘what you ordered has been done, and there’s still room.’ “Then the master told the slave, ‘Go out into the highways and lanes and make them come in, so that my house may be filled.”
For us today this is an evangelistic call to reach all people with the Gospel of Christ Jesus.
We are an unconventional church traveling the streets, alleys, highways, and lanes meeting people at the crossroads of life through spreading the Gospel, maturing disciples, and cultivating leaders.
We come together to worship the Lord our God nightly for Praise on the Porch @ 630 pm est facebook live @chasingthejoneses. Tuesdays for the 10:02 Show @10:02 am est on Facebook live @chasingthejoneses and Thursday Night Bible Study @ 630 pm est via Facebook @ gotothetruthmin / chasingthejoneses.
While our focus is reaching nomads for Jesus, Church on the Road is open to all people from all walks of life. We realize that the fellowship of the church is important that is why we encourage meetups with fellow believers as we travel across North America with one annual meeting.
You can listen to our sermons while you are at home, at the office, or while you are on the go.
