For you were called to be free, brothers; only don’t use this freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but serve one another through love. (Galatians 5:13)
As believers, we are expected to help the church with a joyful spirit, “Love one another.” “Care for one another.” “Pray for one another.” “Encourage one another.” “Help one another.” “Counsel one another.” “Support one another.”
Although we travel a lot, we always find ways to serve. We serve in campgrounds as Campground Hosts, Park hosts and do church services in campgrounds.
We love to find local churches to share our story with, preach, worship, encourage, and serve alongside them.
We pray for the pastoral family and encourage them.
"Based on the gift each one has received, use it to serve others, as good managers of the varied grace of God" (1Peter 4:10)
Campers on Mission is a national fellowship of individual evangelical Christian campers who volunteer to share their faith and the love of Jesus while camping and/or participating in mission activities. Membership is free and open to Christian campers of all evangelical denominations. COMers often gather to do service projects and help in disasters. Gayle and I are founding members of the Michigan Chapter.
For more info, go to National Campers on Mission.
There are many ways to join us in person and/or virtually: join our Prayer Team "Chasing the Joneses", doing home visits, donating clothes, serving in your church, and/even financially supporting our ministry.
You can even come and serve with us, whether you have an RV, Tent, or stay at a local hotel.
We would love for you to come and serve with us.
