NOMADS FOR JESUS

The basis of our ministry is found in the parable (story) Jesus shared while dining with the Pharisees (Luke 14).

A master (aka "a rich man") held a banquet and invited all his friends and neighbors to attend. On the big day, the master had everything ready to go, but the guests each made excuses for why they could not attend. The master sent out his servants to the street and alleys to bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind, and the lame so that his banquet would be filled. The servant replied saying, "we have done all this and still, there is room.  “Then the master told his servant, "Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full." 

(LUKE 14: 23)   

That's precisely what we are doing today - we are traveling the highways, country roads, and lanes extending this invitation to our Lord's Great Banquet and making heaven full.

Our RV Handle is "Chasing the Joneses" - We are Nomads for Jesus!

First, we SHARE THE GOSPEL as commanded in Matthew 28:18-19. Our focus is on reaching our Nation’s Nomads. These are the estimated 1.8 million souls who have no permanent home but live on wheels (in cars, vans, and Recreational Vehicles). Many do not know Christ. Others have literally driven away from spiritual ties to a body of Believers. We intentionally spread the Good News to the lost (and teach believers to do the same) to grow the Kingdom of God. We hold worship services at campgrounds and churches while also streaming Bible studies online. We hope to host meetups, revivals, and camp meetings as we travel. 

Second, we EQUIP BELEIVERS (Ephesians 2:10, 4:11-12, Hebrews 10:24-25, 2 Timothy 3:14-17). The New Testament speaks a lot about believers maturing in Christ through the equipping of the saints. We do this through training, teaching God's Truth, and encouraging through prayer and scripture.  Our 30-Second Gospel evangelism resources equip Believers to overcome “stage fright”. We provide training to individuals, small groups, and entire congregations.

Third, we ENCOURAGE LEADERS by providing in-person and virtual prayer and counseling for pastors, lay leaders, pastors’ wives, and the Church. Tim has always had a heart for developing and supporting church leadership. As a Director of Missions for the Greater Detroit Baptist Association and part-time missionary (Uganda), God has allowed the scope of our ministry to grow to an international scale. Gayle has a heart and mission for women (including ministry wives) & children. She is a women’s conference speaker and has taught Bible Studies for women and children. God has also given her the opportunity to develop as a Worship Leader - She now shares her unique take on training up praise team members. Gayle's greatest passion is teaching Believers to overcome “stage fright” by teaching them how to Share the Gospel in 30 Seconds. We make our resources available for free download to encourage pastors, lay leaders, and church members, furthering their mission goals. These resources include sermon outlines, handouts, devotions, church administrative tools, and Gospel Tracts. (Matthew 10:8)

God has given us a significant task, and we know we cannot accomplish it alone. Please become a part of it!
